Anyone who has studied advertising has heard of the use of mind control as a tactic to help drive sells. Although it is not as if there's a gnome sitting around pressing buttons that signals into the air at consumers to buy buy buy or a corporate executive sitting around a table chatting, "Get sales, get sales," over products, there is a form of mind control necessary to make services satisfy customers and to make products move. Mind control can be a type of tactic used as an incentive geared at employees that makes them ponder the success of making a sale for the company as being a duty they cannot stray away from because their skills are needed.
By making employees feel they are significantly an intricate part of making a product and or providing services it makes staff believe they are indispensable. Business drives upwards with mind control that makes workers happy. The more employees feel they have a hand in producing a product and they are compensated appropriately, the more control execs have over the mind of staff to produce. No business succeeds without the use of the form of mind control that makes people feel they are needed and or a business cannot either meet being forward thinking or moving forward without mind control tactics that are not abusive or intrusive, but conducive to employees feeling their human needs and desires to feel wanted and needed in their work.
When driving sales forward, do not neglect to pay employees back with gratitude. Incentives to drive sales includes winning trips, bonuses and even time off. Be creative in your mind control of staff members and careful that your tactics feel honorable.
